Ba 105 Airshow





On June 16, 2018, Évreux-Fauville Air Base 105 hosted an exceptional air show organized by the Fondation des Œuvres Sociales de l’Air (FOSA). This event, which continued until June 17, attracted thousands of spectators who came to discover the fascinating world of military and civilian aviation.








A program packed with demonstrations

The air show offered a high-level aerial spectacle, with flight demonstrations by the Patrouille de France, the Mirage 2000Ds of the "Couturier Delta" team, Rafales, and Alphajets, as well as parachute drops and first flights. Visitors were also able to discover aircraft on static display, such as the Casa CN-235, the Airbus A400M Atlas, and transport aircraft from the French Air Force fleet.

A tribute to Georges Bellenger


This 2018 edition marked the centenary of the first French military aviation station, named "Halte Bellenger" in honor of Captain Georges Bellenger, a pioneer of military aviation and creator of the military pilot's license.

On Saturday, June 16, a maintenance hangar at the base was officially named "Halte aérien Bellenger" during a ceremony attended by Guy Lefrand, Mayor of Évreux, and Colonel David Desjardins, Commander of Air Base 105.

A Solidarity Commitment

All profits from the event were donated to the FOSA (French Aviation Safety Agency), which has been working since 1937 to promote mutual aid and solidarity within the aviation community. Proceeds from the charity concert given by the Musique de l'Air on April 24, 2018, to mark the launch of the air show, also contributed to supporting this cause

The 2018 Évreux Air Show was a resounding success, attracting aviation enthusiasts from all walks of life. Under sunny skies, spectators experienced unforgettable moments, combining an aerial display, an introduction to the aviation industry, and a show of solidarity with those who work for the security and defense of the country.
